We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
3. Estimates & Pricing
- All quotes are based on the information provided at booking.
- Final pricing may change based on the actual condition, size, or additional requests.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs from the original estimate.
4. Booking & Payments
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept; Credit card ( Stripe or Square), Zelle, Cash
- Late payments may result in additional fees.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.
6. Access to Property
- Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
- If we cannot access the property, it may be treated as a cancellation.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, clients agree to:
- Remove clutter and personal items when possible
- Secure fragile or valuable items
- Inform us of any special cleaning instructions
- Secure pets or notify us in advance
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service:
- Notify us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will return to address the issue at no additional cost (when applicable)
9. Damage & Liability
- Elegant Touch Cleaning is insured.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
- We are not liable for damage to items not properly secured or disclosed as fragile.
10. Health & Safety
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or hazardous.
- This includes excessive clutter, biohazards, pests, or unsafe conditions.
11. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our website, including:
- Attempting unauthorized access
- Disrupting website functionality
- Providing false or misleading information
12. Intellectual Property
